[[..Chancellor Announcements..]]

Healers Administration - Trinisty Demonblade (HellFireandIce)
--Apology given for delay in grading of dests. Chancellor Trinity had a fire in her office and lost mos to the files and is attempting to
find copies of them all. She requests that any still waiting may resubmit their tests for grading. Also, if there are any complaints directed
towards her as a Chancellor, she asks that the individual come to her first to discuss and recify the situation.

Vice President - Annis (AnnisXXII)
--Request that all GCs send in a current list of all in their guilds who should receive the AoRG Newsletter.

Events Administration - Minya (MinyaDkbld)
--If there are individuals GCs wish to receive event-related mail (Final Tallies, Flyers, etc), drop the Events Administration a note and
they will ensure the individual(s) is added to the list. (Mailstring: VvRazielvV, AnnisXXII, Leoperdis, MinyaDkbld, CrucifiedReverie,
XDeadly BeautyX)
--There are no event dates open in 2007 any longer. Cancellations will be made known as soon as they occur.

[[..Member Inquiries..]]

Glacia DuBois (Glacia8984)
Q: Will the two week event submission rule be bypassed if an event cancellation occurs?
A (MinyaDkbld): Yes, given there are no event dates remaining, the two week rule will be bypassed. There does however need to be
a minimum of five days for forum members to register for the event.

Wesley (WesleyLyzanders)
Q: When one is dead by AoRG standards, are they barred only from AoRG Public Rooms or all Public Rooms?
A (Glacia8984): Concerning Assassinations, the rule should apply to all public rooms. However, as AoRG does not have any authority
over other forum rooms, they cannot enforce such a rule.
W: Could you please specifiy what the result is for a type of death other than an Assassination?
A (Leoperdis): When one is dead, they are dead. They are not allowed to be in public rooms.
W: Why does AoRG feel it has the right to say there can be no public rooms? Other forums allow the individual to be in public rooms as a ghost.
A (AnnisXXII): It is expected that when one is dead, they are dead. They are not expected to be walking about. While the authority to govern
rooms of other forums, it is expected that members of AoRG will uphold the "Spirit" of the mandates.
A (Leoperdis): The mandates state that when a person is dead, by any means, they are barred from public rooms. A person is dead
everywhere, not just in certain realms as they choose.
A (AnnisXXII): Clarified that AoRG is not trying to control where individuals go, but that if a complaint is lodged, the situation would be
evaluated more thoroughly.

Q: Also, Why does AoRG not require AoRG rooms to be registered with the forum? It would cut down on confusion at times.
A (Leoperdis): The topic has come up many times and has been considered very carefully by the Chancellory. It is not that the task
is unfeasible. At the present, there is no plan to put it into place, but it may come to pass in the future.

Drak (DrakeBloodblade)
Suggestion: Because of the confusion over which rooms are considered AoRG and which are not, perhaps it is best to have each guild
submit two rooms for themselves. Of course, to ensure these rooms are being used, the rooms would need to be reviewed from time to time.

DesertFang (DracScaleWyrm)
Suggestion: An arrangement for extradition treaties with other governments to allow for hunters and assassins to conduct contracts within
the other government's lands.

Destiny (DestinyAntonia)
Suggestion: Seeing that there are beasts who complete contracts for hire, they do not read signs or check which land they are in; members from
other forums come to our lands to complete contracts with little regard for the AoRG system, why should it not be allowed for the
members of AoRG.

Vincent (CptMichaelKage)
Q: Given that if the room owner is a member of AoRG, the AoRG rules apply. Would AA's and BH's be valid in those rooms because of
the owner?
A (Glacia): The AoRG Charter states that any room which does not include the name of another forum or non-AoRG guild is considered
to be a legitimate AoRG room if the bolt holder is a member of AoRG.

Destiny (DestinyAntonia)
Comment: If attempts were judged on a case-by-case basis, fines would not be dealt out for attempts.
A (Leoperdis): The case spoken of was specific and still in discussion, so would not be spoken of tonight.
Response (DestinyAntonia): Case-by-Case causes too many headaches and work. There should be a general rule.
Comment (Glacia8984): The attempt would not be fined, but simply voided.

DesertFang (DracScaleWyrm)
Comment: Concerning policies across the board, if one doesn't wish for the public to frown on them, act like you want to be treated. Also,
if the forum were more firm in its dealings with those who seek ways to circumvent the rules, there would be less of it.

Trai (TraiTRune24)
Q: If a person wishes to die in a non-AoRG room, for any reason, would the Chancellory void the attempt?
A (Leoperdis): Cannot imagine the Chancellory declining such a request.

Corlock (Corlock3)
Q: While the mandates mention it is illegal to use bots, what are the penalties?
A (Leoperdis): There is no extensive info on it. The situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Maddie (Madcatz1)
Q: In regards to the AA attempt made on himself, he did nothing to stop it, instead others did. All others save the assassin and proctor
remained.
A (Leoperdis): Because this is a matter still under discussion, it will not be discussed in the forum meeting.
Comment (DestinyAntonia): Accuses Matcatz1 of bolting assassins.
Comment (Madcatz1): Did not bolt the assassin and proctor, but others that followed.
Comment (Leoperdis): Announces the topic is closed in a very firm manner.

DesertFant (DracScaleWyrm)
Suggestion: Contracts of differing costs could be created, where a higher priced contract has a farther reach (able to hunt in room with
no clear forum marker).

Kuma (Xyshuryn)
Comment: Kuma caters weddings, parties, and the like, so if any other AoRG guilds have a chef of sorts, he is willing to have a cook-off
where the real winners are those who come to enjoy the grub.

Annis (AnnisXXII)
Q: Requested that any questions about the relaxed UniReg Rule be asked now.
A: No questions were asked.

Jade (XvJadeDrkwoodvX)
Q: Was wondering if submitted suggestion was received by the Chancellory.
A (Leoperdis): It was received, just has not been up for discussion yet. It would be introduced soon to the Chancellory.

Dyl-Bok (DylBokGrant)
Q: The forum was told some time ago that the contents of the suggestion box would added to the Newsletter, as well as the status. However,
such a thing has not come to pass. Status update desired.
A (AnnisXXII): Due tot he incident where a member did not wish their suggetion made public, the plan was placed on the backburner.
If the forum at large supports the publishing of suggestions, it would be again considered.
Q: Are the suggestions at least being read?
A (Leoperdis): Yes.

Arch (ArchelausDhaka)
Suggestion: Add a check box to the submission area for whether the suggestion can be made public or not.
